HeraHaven

What is HeraHaven

About the platform

HeraHaven is a browser-based adult AI companion platform from Vilala Limited, based in Nicosia, Cyprus. You create a girlfriend or boyfriend, choose appearance and personality traits, chat, exchange personalized pictures, and use media features from the same account. The current official navigation includes Explore, Generator, Chat, Saved, Videos, and Settings, so the product is broader now than a simple chat-plus-images site.

Pricing and access

The official public page does not expose a clean current pricing table without going deeper into the account flow. Current 2026 checkout captures from independent reviewers put the paid plan around $19.95 monthly, with an annual option around $79.80, or roughly $6.65 a month equivalent. Those captures also describe unlimited texting, photo exchange, voice messages, 500 Luna tokens per month, up to 25 custom characters, and four images per generator batch. Because promotions move around, I would verify every number in the live checkout before paying.

Who it's for

HeraHaven is a good fit if you want a simple character-first experience that works comfortably in a phone browser.

• You want both realistic and anime-style companion creation
• You want chat plus personalized pictures and picture-to-video
• You like a mobile-friendly web product and do not need a native store app
• You want voice messages as part of paid access
• You want a free way to test the basic product before paying
• You are okay verifying current promo pricing at checkout

Who should skip it

The biggest reason to hesitate is pricing transparency. The product is clear; the public price sheet is not, really.

• You want a verified native iOS or Android store app
• You want a stable public pricing page with every quota visible before signup
• You want a large independent review history or a reliable Trustpilot score
• You need an exact public bank-statement descriptor before paying
• You want a long-form video generator rather than short picture-to-video companion clips

The experience

Chat

HeraHaven chat is designed around one-on-one companion interaction rather than a giant public roleplay library. The official site says the character adapts to your style and picks up on jokes, stories, emojis, dreams, and pet peeves. That is marketing language, obviously, but it tells you what the memory loop is trying to do. The chat is casual and easy to start, with adult content available behind the age gate.

Memory

The official site explicitly says a companion can remember stories and learn preferences as you keep chatting. HeraHaven does not publish a simple technical memory window like "last 30 days" on the public page, so I would not invent one. In practice, think of it as preference and relationship continuity rather than guaranteed archival memory. If memory is your top job, DarLink or Soulkyn gives you more concrete tier information.

Characters and customization

You can design appearance and personality, and the current product supports both girlfriend and boyfriend creation plus anime and realistic styles. Paid-plan captures also describe up to 25 custom characters. The creator is fast rather than endlessly granular, which can actually be nice. You can get a specific look without spending forever in sliders, then move straight into chat and media.

Images

Pictures are a core part of HeraHaven. The companion can send personalized images, and users can generate their own through the image tools. Current paid-plan captures describe four images per generator batch and a monthly Luna-token allowance. Free access exists but exact quotas vary across current independent tests, so I would treat the free tier as a demo rather than promise a fixed number of daily generations.

Voice

Paid-plan materials include two-way voice messages, making HeraHaven more than a text-and-picture product. The official public landing page is less detailed about voice pricing than it is about pictures and video. Voice is useful, basically, but it is not the most thoroughly documented part of the product.

Video

Video is current and officially confirmed. HeraHaven has a Videos section, and its own FAQ says you can turn favorite AI girlfriend pictures into videos. That directly contradicts older third-party reviews that said video generation was unavailable. I would trust the current official product over those older comparisons. The site does not publish a clear free or paid video quota on the public landing page.

Mobile

HeraHaven is built to work in a mobile browser, and the interface is fairly phone-friendly. Current official product links do not point to a native App Store or Google Play app, so this is still a web-first service. For most chatting and image use that is fine. If you want store-managed subscriptions, push behavior, or a normal installed native app, though, this distinction matters.

Extras

The current cancellation policy is unusually specific. A subscription can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours if no more than 20 Luna from that payment has been spent. After 24 hours, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Luna-package purchases and cryptocurrency transactions are final. Refund or cancellation requests are handled by email through support.

Pricing

HeraHaven has a free entry point and paid access, but the exact paid prices are currently easier to capture from checkout than from a public official price page.

The annual option is dramatically cheaper per month than the month-to-month capture, which is why I would double-check the actual renewal total before clicking buy. The product also runs promotions, and old reviews show different annual equivalents, so the live checkout is the only number that really matters on purchase day.

Safety, privacy, and billing

HeraHaven age-gates the service at 18 or the age of majority.

The current official site is operated by Vilala Limited at 61 Agiou Pavlou, Nicosia 1107, Cyprus.

The company says conversations are confidential and protected with encryption, but it does not publish a specific encryption standard on the public landing page. That marketing claim should not be read as a stronger technical guarantee.

• There is no reliable current Trustpilot profile clearly tied to HeraHaven. A commonly repeated 4.5 score online appears to get mixed up with unrelated similarly named businesses, so it is deliberately not used here. An exact public bank-statement descriptor is not documented either.
• HeraHaven is entertainment, not therapy or professional care. Also, because the service handles intimate chat and generated media, use a separate email if you want an extra layer of account separation.

How it compares

HeraHaven is easiest to compare with Candy AI for visuals and Kupid AI for a more mobile, companion-style multimedia experience.
